We at NGHC are honored to have Mother V.....
We at NGHC are honored to have Mother Velaria Beene, a very distinguished, influential and prominent member of The Church of the Living God to be with us! Her father was the illustrious and visionary, Bishop James Houston Smith (1894-1986). Bishop James Smith was the President General and Senior Bishop of the National Churches of the Living God(1981-1986). He also Pastored Smith Holy Temple of Chicago, Illinois for 35 years where Mother Velaria Beene had served. She has held various post & positions in the Church of The Living God; such as Sunday school teacher, Sunday School Superintendent. Mother Velaria Beene now is the Diocesean Mother of Trinity Central West, CLG - serving under Bishop James R. Sherman. On behalf of NGHC, First Lady Charl and I consider this a privilege to receive, Mother Velaria Beene and to place her under "Watch Care" at New Generation Harvest, CLG.
